1. Who we are
MyMylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, publishes https://mymylapore.in for Mylapore, Mandaveli, R.A. Puram, Santhome, Royapettah, Teynampet and Boat Club. Pages are editorial HTML. Search filters published pages in your browser. Contact and submit forms go to hello@mymylapore.in; we do not operate user accounts on this build.
2. Information you may send us
Through Contact or Submit you may send name, email, phone, neighbourhood, landmark, and a message (news tip, civic note after calling 1913 or 1916, event, job, business hour, rent notice, or correction). Do not send Aadhaar or other ID scans, or a neighbour’s private mobile, unless that number is meant to be the public listing contact.
3. How we use that mail
- To verify and publish or refuse neighbourhood information.
- To reply about corrections, listings or local advertising.
- Not to build a marketing list from contact forms.
- Not to merge your email or phone with advertising cookies or to identify you to Google. We do not pass personally identifiable information to Google’s ad systems.
Job and property pages marked “example” or “sample” are editorial formats, not live classifieds. We do not use those pages to collect health, religion, caste, political affiliation or other sensitive categories for ad targeting.
4. Google AdSense and other advertisers
When AdSense is enabled on content pages, Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Google’s advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also visit aboutads.info / NAI and read Google’s advertising technologies.
Ad units on this site are labelled “Advertisement”. We do not ask you to click ads, compensate anyone for clicks, or disguise ads as news, menus or “top offers”.
We do not place AdSense on contact or submit forms, or on privacy, cookies, terms or copyright pages. We do not use ads to collect data from children, or to personalize ads from known activity of children under 13.
5. Cookies, Analytics and similar technologies
A first-party preference records whether you accepted analytics and advertising cookies (see Cookies). Google Analytics 4 property G-QM1GBHTZQX measures visits after you accept. Until then, Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied. If you also accept ads cookies, Google AdSense and partners may set cookies and use web beacons. 6. Children
This site is a general-audience neighbourhood guide. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not use interest-based advertising based on activity we know belongs to a child under 13.
7. Photographs
Festival and street photographs are from the My Mylapore community archive, used as neighbourhood context. See Copyright to request a credit change or removal.
8. Access, correction and deletion
Send the page URL, the wrong line, the right line, and a source via Contact. You may ask us to stop using a contact number you sent us. Browser advertising identifiers are controlled through Google Ads Settings, not through this site’s inbox.
