Ramadas Iyer’s roadside stall grew into a family mess under Sounderrajan Iyer and Prabhu Das. Known for keerai vadai, podi dosai, rava pongal with avial, murungakeerai adai and degree coffee. Full meals gave way to variety rice and tiffin in 1989. It sits in the same walking radius as Nalli, Rasi and Kumaran — a saree errand and breakfast still pair.
